About Clover & Gin

Clover & Gin was created from a belief that great cocktails should feel effortless, and that guests feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for.

I’m a licensed bartender in Connecticut with additional training in mixology, including cocktail training in Dublin and New Orleans. My approach combines classic technique with a thoughtful modern style- focused on balanced classics or custom-formulated cocktails.

Clover & Gin operates as a dry hire mobile bar, meaning clients provide the alcohol for their event while we provide professional bartending service, bar setup, ans cocktail execution. This approach allows hosts to choose their own selections while maintaining flexibility with budget, venue requirements, and purchasing.
